My main areas of expertise lie in Shading/Lighting/Rendering, Compositing, and Scripting.
I began fooling around with 3dsmax back in 2004 as a hobby and studied the different aspects of creating cg-imagery.
Later, in 02/2009, I started working at Ground-Studios, a VFX Studio in Duesseldorf www.ground-studios.com
I enjoy pipeline development and writing tools and scripts to make boring or repetitive tasks faster and more pleasant. Solving problems and getting rid of workflow barriers is a great motivation for me. For this purpose, I’m mostly relying on Maxscript and VEX but I’m also capable of writing tools in Python and C#.
